Note: These timings are calculated according to by default data (which is usually
based on the longitude of city center and sea level means zero feet). Therefore,
for small cities (which are 5/10 kilometers wide) they should act by decreasing
1min in the ending time of Sehar and sunrise and by increasing 1min in Iftar and
sunset. Whereas in case of big cities (which are 15/20 kilometers wide) or tall
buildings (which are at least 50meter/165feet/12floor or more) they should act by
decreasing 2 mints in the sunrise and by increasing 2 mints in Iftar and sunset.
Also in mountainous areas (for 2000 feet 4mints, 5000 feet 6mints, 10000 feet
9mints and 15000 feet 12mints) they should act by decreasing the mentioned
time in the sunrise and by increasing it in Iftar and sunset.
